Call of Duty Black Ops Beginner's Guide: Tips and Tricks

mmoset Camos Explained
Camos were previously only available to players who had completed the required challenges and reached the next weapon level. With BO6, this is no longer the case. Players can now camouflage from the first day of playing.
New Camo System Breakdown:
Level 1
At level 1, all guns are predefined with a set of challenges. These challenges are the same for every gun. The first challenge at this level is to kill 100 enemies with headshots. This method is a simple way to avoid having to grind your weapon before completing the camo challenges.
Specials
After completing the first headshot challenge, certain challenges are unlocked. This allows the player to tackle other challenges specific to the weapon. These challenges are for each gun that camouflage deeper and deeper in the progression.
Mastery
The Mastery challenges are available after a player has completed the Headshot and Special challenges. These challenges help to prove and test the player’s skill with a specific weapon, and unlock higher prestige camos.
Dark Matter
Dark Matter is the last achievement of the Camo progression system. Only players who have completed all of the gun mastery challenges can manage this rare camo. Dark Matter is the symbol of completing all challenges in Black Ops 6.
Opal
Opal is an exclusive camouflage that a player can use to show off their skills in the zombie mode.
It looks like Black Ops 6’s zombie mode also has camo challenges. Like the multiplayer mode, players can complete reticle-kill progression, special challenges, and mastery for certain camo themes based on zombies. BO6 offers unique camos, such as Mystic and Nebula, that allow players to customize their weapons.
Weapons Level: Fast Way
It should be obvious to those who want to refine their weapons that they cannot advance in CoD Black Ops 6 unless they are promoted. To reach the ranks quickly, you can choose to play Hardcore mode or Master Camo with some game modes and attachments.
Hardcore Mode
Hardcore can be selected from the Quick Play menu to direct you to this mode.
If you choose Hardcore Domination, Hardcore Domination, or Hardpoint as your game of choice, it is possible that you will receive headshot multipliers.
The hardcore mode does not encourage smart play, but rather allows cheap shots to be taken, making weapon leveling easier.
Core Mode with Attachments
Wanna tackle Core mode? Attach your guns to multiple headshots.
Attachments like tonya or others increase the damage from a headshot.
If you play core together but add some of the attachments to it, you can get the automatic experience in a certain degree but not as much as if you played hardcore.
Only scopes will increase your headshot ratio. Hardcore mode allows you to earn camouflage faster, allowing you to achieve Mastery Camo. Try them both to see which one suits your style.
New Perk System
The new perk system is designed to give players more control over the loadouts they use. The system has three categories of perks, perk 1, 2 and 3. A fourth perk can be equipped by players after unlocking the perk-grudge wild card.
Special Perks
The colored perks you select in your loadout will automatically match your specialials to provide additional benefits that suit your style of play.
Optimizing Your Loadout:
After familiarizing yourself with the functionality of the new perk systems, we’ll now customize your loadout for different playstyles. You will see a loadout that is recommended based on your customized goals aimed at using new perk system.
Loadout for Enhanced Mobilty:
Perk 1: Double time (permanently increased speed as well as faster refresh for tactical Sprint)
Perk 2: Dexterity. (Jumping and sliding with weapons will be monitored or only slightly).
Perk 3: Assassin
Loadout for combat:
Perk 1 : Flak Jacket for protection against explosive damage
Perk 2 : Scavenger – Gets ammunition from players who have died
Perk 3: Tactic Mask (makes tactical equipment less effective).
Use different perks to suit your personality. Perk greed is a wildcard that will increase the number of perks you have equipped to expand your scope. Loadouts should include all aspects of movement, combat and situational awareness so that you can easily switch modes.
